“SHOULD I STUDY LAW?”
This is one of the most popular questions I get in my DMs.
Contrary to popular belief being a good lawyer does not involve being good at public speaking only or being able to argue.
I believe that a good lawyer is a person who can persuade other people (Judges, Opponent’s or even their own clients).
In other words, a good lawyer can “sell” your case with passion.
If you are considering Law, what are some questions to consider?
Are you able to process information quickly? You may have to get through a lot of documents quickly to find the root of the case. So reading and processing information is very important.
Do you enjoy writing and speaking? You have to be a really good communicator. Because you are communicating someone’s case. Their case depends on the your ability to express yourself.
Forget what you see on TV – being a Lawyer is demanding – but a fulfilling job because you get to see how your work improves the lives of people.
