Attorney Aslam Moolla has over a decade of experience handling Divorce, CCMA and Labour Law cases. He is one of South African’s leading authorities on Divorce and Labour Law and has taken a special interest in representing clients – be it at the CCMA or the High Court
After graduating from Law School, Aslam began his legal career at Webber Wentzel (one of three biggest Law Firms in Africa), where he investigated and handled CCMA and Labour Law cases. He quickly earned a reputation as a tough and tenacious attorney.
Aslam was awarded a Scholarship for his Masters in Law in 2014.
After completing his Masters in Law, Aslam joined a specialist Law Firm. He quickly rose to the level of Senior Trial Attorney and handled many high profile cases.
Additionally, while doing his Masters, Aslam also taught Legal Writing Skills at the UKZN Law School. And is a published contributor in a renowned Law textbook.
Aslam then opened his own practice.
Aslam’s vast experience as a CCMA and Labour Lawyer has given him a unique first-hand perspective of how to prepare for cases, which is key to mounting a strong defence.
Aslam was admitted to the South African High Court. He is currently admitted to practice law in all CCMA’s and Labour Courts.
