personal service

We believe in getting the results that our clients want. No other CCMA or Labour Law firm today has our courtroom approach and expertise. In 70% of our cases, the other party settles because of the preparation that we put in. We out work and out prepare our opponents.

Because we have a reputation for obtaining big results for our clients, we are able to settle the majority of our cases. Recently we achieved a R1.25 Million Award for our Client at the CCMA.

We work for the individual client and we are extremely selective in whom we choose to represent. We begin by understanding what your ideal outcome is. As a result, whether a case goes to trial or is settled, our Team will get you what you want.

Many law firms work on billing the maximum number of hours. We focus on providing value and ensuring that we take into our account our client’s financial situation. And we will agree a fee with you in advance.

We are transparent and provide clients with regular updates on the case progress.

We subscribe to leading legal research facilities which include SAFLII and Contemporary Labour Law.

In our experience, evidence makes the difference. We focus on helping our clients get the right evidence so that you can win.

Our office:

We are conveniently located on the third floor 45 Richefond Circle, Umhlanga, Suite 323 – that’s right next to the Strauss Daly building.

We have free parking available in our building and transportation by Uber is also easily available.

If for any reason you cannot come to us, we are fully equipped for online consults.
