Fear holds us back from living the life we truly want to live.

And fear is based on old conditioning.

Usually, this conditioning is outdated and was put into our minds from an outside source (TV, authority figures etc.)

So how to change old conditioning?

By consciously programming new thoughts into your mind.

For example, thinking a new positive idea by visualizing, feeling, and affirming it.

Soon the new idea will replace the old conditioning. And your fear regarding the aspect would not control you any longer.

Let us apply it:

“I’m not good enough as a partner or a spouse!”

Firstly, you were not born with this idea, it entered your mind from elsewhere.

You CAN change this idea and you MUST – with these steps.

  • Step 1: Recognize that the idea must be changed

  • Step 2: Write down the new idea you want [ “My partner enjoys my company, and I am a lovable and worthy human being”]

  • Step 3: Create a mental picture of how this would look

  • Step 4: Re-enforce this picture regularly by thinking about it

  • Step 5: Make some behavioral changes – How would you act if your partner really enjoyed your company, and you were lovable and worthy?

  • Don’t feed the old conditioning.

ONLY FEED THE NEW!
