It is normal to feel worried, doubted, and anxious from time to time. It’s natural to worry about an unpaid bill, an upcoming job interview or a court appearance.
The difference between “normal” worry and excessive worry is how persistent and uncontrollable it is.
It interferes with your daily life when you constantly worry about “what ifs” and worst-case scenarios.
Worry is a habit.
Worry brings fear
Fear brings anxiety and depression.
A person will turn to take tablets to stop their anxiety and depression.
However – this solution will only suppress your symptoms NOT the cause.
The cause is worry and doubt.
Change this habit:

Every time you catch yourself worrying – STOP. Think of the opposite – which will usually be something positive:
I will get this job.
I tried my best with this court preparation.
From here continuously build the new habit of faith that the positive will occur – instead of the old habit of worry.
By training our awareness, we become less distracted by our own thoughts, which can lead to realizing greater happiness, greater connection with others, and clearer views of the world, both inside and outside.
